Responsible Pet Ownership

Sunday and Sarah.RDOGThis program began in 2005, in response to community concern about the growing population of dogs in Teton County and a public discussion about leash laws and more restrictions for dog owners. At the time the program, called RDOG (Responsible Dog Ownership Group) was a coalition of PAWS board members & staff, community officials and concerned citizens. We had a vision of a dog friendly community where responsible dog ownership is the norm and where dogs live in harmony with the environment.

Today the RDOG coalition is no longer active, but PAWS still promotes responsible pet ownership through public service media campaigns that highlight various pet themes throughout the year.

For a limited time through the end of 2016, PAWS is offering free dog training vouchers to residents of Teton County, WY. If you are interested in applying, please complete both forms below and return to PAWS or call Bobbie at 307-734-2441!
